Manuel Lamiroy, Lic. Juris (South Africa)
has had a lifelong interest in all matters extraterrestrial. In 1994 he decided to quit a career as a lawyer and academic researcher (with teaching assignment), and started a consulting company. This also offered him the opportunity to follow his passion and dedicate more time to extraterrestrial research. After a course in regression therapy, he began to investigate abduction and contact cases. He also started sharing information with other researchers and regression therapists on an informal basis, and centralized that information in a database. While it started as a database for people who work with abductees, this project has over the years crystallized into a valuable asset for exopolitical research, as well. It can be found at http://manuel.sekmeth.com/hb7. He is co-teaching the 2008 offering of the Citizen Diplomacy with Extraterrestrials course which he will continue to teach as sole instructor in 2009 along with Introduction to Exopolitics.
Neil Gould.(Hong Kong)
After Neil’s personal experiences with extraterrestrials it has become his mission to be involved with the breaking of the media truth embargo with regard to extraterrestrials and their ongoing interaction with the planet Earth. The new world will be about free energy, better health, unlimited fresh water, no dependency on oil. In time, a truth and reconciliation hearing will be held for all those who have been involved in the Military Intelligence black operations. Neil has written a true account of life with ADD/ADHD, “Close Encounters of the ADHD Kind”. Some, (not all), symptoms are misdiagnosed and are the result of implants or knowledge capsules placed there by extraterrestrial beings, some of whom are multidimensional in nature. Neil holds a Diploma in Exopolitics and is the creator and webmaster of Exopolitics Hongkong which disseminates information on extraterrestrial life to Hong Kong and elsewhere in East Asia.
