Michael E. Salla, Ph.D.

Dr. Salla has held full time academic appointments at the Australian National University, and American University, Washington DC. He has a PhD in Government from the University of Queensland and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
During his professional academic career, he was best known for organizing a series of citizen diplomacy initiatives for the East Timor conflict that received large financial grants from the United States Institute of Peace and the Ford Foundation.
He is author of the first published book introducing the field of exopolitics Exopolitics: Political Implications of the Extraterrestrial Presence (Dandelion Books, 2004) and the author of four other exopolitics books, including his most recent, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances (2015).
