Announcement: July Edition of Exopolitics Journal Now Available
Aloha, I'm very
pleased to announce that the July edition of the Exopolitics Journal is now available
online at: http://www.exopoliticsjournal.com
. The Journal begins with three analysis articles. The first is a revised version
of a presentation I did at the 2006 UFO Crash Retrieval Conference in Las Vegas.
In my presentation, I analyzed the covert procedures used to manage personnel
in covert MJ-12 Group operations. In the revised version, references and further
discussion is provided to substantiate various ways in which MJ-12 Group recruits,
trains and employs personnel involved in extraterrestrial related projects.
The next analysis article is the second part of a presentation by Philip Corso,
Jr., at the 2006 ET Civilizations and World Peace Conference in Hawaii. He goes
on the record to reveal more of his father's knowledge and activities concerning
extraterrestrial technologies, time travel and extraterrestrial biological entities
found in a forthcoming book, never published by his father, Dawn of a New Age.
Phil reveals more than he has at any earlier public event since he feels that
the general public is more ready to digest the information passed on to him from
his father, Phil Corso, Snr. - author of The Day After Roswell (1997).
The
third is the first of two Journal articles/interviews involving extraterrestrial
'contactee' cases. It is a never before published transcript of Alex Collier's
final public lecture in 2002 where he described galactic history according to
his extraterrestrial contacts from the Andromeda constellation. Alex is among
a select group who claim to have had direct physical encounters with human looking
extraterrestrials and been taken on board one of their mother ships. Alex's claims
have been investigated by myself and other veteran researchers who find him to
be very credible. In the lecture, he provides an overview of the history of the
galaxy and the key extraterrestrial races responsible for seeding life, and how
it evolved on our planet. He also describes the origins of cetaceans and how they
are regarded by extraterrestrial visitors.
Paola Harris, M.Ed., then
provides a commentary/interview concerning two further contactee cases from Italy.
The first is from Pescara, while the second is near Turin, also in Northern Italy.
She investigates a little researched aspect of extraterrestrial visitation - extraterrestrials
living among us. In both contactee cases the individuals claim to have met with
human looking extraterrestrials secretly living in Italy. Paola provides amazing
photographs of some of the extraterrestrials that the contactees claim to have
taken. Along with veteran Mexican researcher Jaime Maussan, Paola has spent many
investigative hours researching both cases and finds them to be credible.
The next Journal section features a classic commentary/short article by futurist
and Exopolitics pioneer, Alfred Webre, J.D. It is an updated version of the first
published article explicitly discussing the exopolitics concept and introducing
an exopolitics model. Originally released in June 2000 and published in January
2001 in UFO Magazine, it provides a comprehensive overview of the challenges facing
humanity in suitably preparing for extraterrestrial contact. Citing a number of
polls and other evidence, it shows how far the general public has progressed in
learning the truth about an extraterrestrial presence and a government cover up.
He calls for a decade of activities preparing the public for extraterrestrial
disclosure. Given its importance as the first explicit reference to the exopolitics
concept, this commentary/article is a historic milestone in the development of
the exopolitics field.
In the book reviews section, I begin with a review
of Joe Lewels, Ph.D. recent book, Rulers of Earth: Secrets of the Sons of God.
In it Dr Lewels thoughtfully presents evidence of an ancient extraterrestrial
presence that stretches back into antiquity. He investigates a number of texts
emerging from documents found at the Dead Sea Scrolls in 1947 and Nag Hammadi
in 1945 and explains why these have been subjected to a slow public release and/or
cover up. Most importantly, he describes ancient historical references to a group
of extraterrestrials that physically mated with humans and formed a class of rulers
spoken about in many cultural traditions. Dr Lewel's book develops significantly
upon insights in his earlier book, The God Hypothesis (1997) that explored evidence
of the relationship between religion and the extraterrestrial presence. Rulers
of Earth will fast become a classic for those seeking to better understand the
nexus between religion and extraterrestrial life.
This edition of the
Exopolitics Journal finishes with a review by Dr Leo Sprinkle of Alfred Webre's
Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe (2005). Dr Sprinkle
provides an excellent commentary on the development of a key exopolitical thought
proposed by Alfred Webre - that Earth as an isolated planet is ready to join "Universe
society". Dr Sprinkle points out the different approaches of pioneers in
the emerging field of exopolitics, and the role Alfred's book plays in mapping
out the key challenges that lie ahead. Most significantly, according to Dr Sprinkle,
the book does well in presenting a model of Universal politics and the approach
humanity must take to "align itself with the law and governance of Universe
society." This is a very helpful review by an authority in extraterrestrial
abduction research of one of the first books to explicitly introduce an exopolitics
model to the general public.
I wish to remind everyone that the Journal
website now has an archive database where users can search past and current editions
of the Journal by article, author, volume, keyword and category. Simply click
the archives button to access this new feature. I thank Manuel Lamiroy for volunteering
his valuable time in providing this archive feature and helping the Journal present
information on the internet in a more professional and accessible manner (please
visit his website for internet consulting services he provides: http://www.lamiroy.com
).
Finally, please keep in mind that the Journal is provided free of charge
to the general public, and the many dozens of hours that go into editing, formatting
articles, correspondence, referring, uploading web pages, etc., are all a labor
of love by myself and other volunteers involved with the Journal. You can help
us move forward with future editions of the Journal by contributing articles,
soliciting quality submissions from others, purchasing products, by becoming members
of the Exopolitics Institute, and/or by making donations to support those volunteering
their time for the Journal. The Institute has tax exempt status as a 501(c)3 organization
so all contributions to support the Journal are tax exempt. You can visit the
